@virginmedia I have already signed up to BRSK internet now offering the same deal, if the woman on the phone would match the lady’s who lives down the road deal of 18 pounds instead of £21 I would have stayed but the ‘deal I couldn’t refuse’ wasn’t fair and I was paying more
@virginmedia Yes they have just called me but have failed to match this price, i feel that loyalty means nothing to you guys, if the woman on the phone matched that price I would be staying but I’m still switching now
@virginmedia I feel really insulted by this price difference, especially with nearly two decades of using Virgin/cable and wireless or what ever names you have changed to
@virginmedia I’ve chatted! It’s always the same outcome though, that mixed with poor coverage in a small house, also nearly 20 years having virgin service and I get this comment when asking for recommendations!! Literally the same service but the price difference is quite significant
