Busy week with almost 700 golfers on the course over the last 3 days. The team have worked really hard and we’re not in bad shape going into another bank holiday weekend.

Finally some good weather allowing us to make some decent progress out on the course. Light dressing on the greens today after a cut and nice to carry on burning those stripes in.

Great to be able to get a cut out on the course this time of year. Fairways, surrounds and rough cut. Bunker renovations continue and new greens sprinklers being installed. Busy Tuesday

Dry weather allowing us to crack on with bunker renovations nice and early. Old sand out, new edges and a re shape where needed all ready for fresh sand

Trying out the pro core 648 the last few days tining the greens. Done a really tidy job. We’ll follow up with a hand cut tomorrow

Course furniture getting a tidy up this week. Benches and hazard posts painted as well as repairing and restoring the ball washers

COURSE CLOSED - With over 20mm of rainfall overnight ground conditions have become unplayable and with continued rainfall throughout the remainder of the day, the decision has been made to unfortunately close the course. (RED DAY)

Work continues tidying up the plantations that have become overgrown with brambles and weeds.
