I have a Samsung S20FE 5G phone which does not boot during update
Post inspection at the #Samsung service center, they have asked me to replace the motherboard.
The phone has been with them since March 24.
And no solution has been provided yet.

There have been low/no signals at my house. Raised the connectivity issue on multiple occasions. The statuses shows resolved but there has no improvement yet.

I receive the order packed in transparent tape (No company logo). Also looking at the quantity, it clearly looked like someone had eaten from it.
