I recently gave 3 rounds of interviews at a design agency and something really surprised me.

In the middle of all this AI hype, they didn’t ask me about AI. Not even once.

No ❌“how many AI tools do you use?”
No ❌ “how do you use AI in your process?”

I knew how to create instances.

I literally created the instance when she asked me to.

But when she later asked something around it, I couldn't remember the fucking terminology.
