University of South Florida @USFFootball long snapper @Garret_cates made the trip to Eau Claire Wisconsin to chase perfection! Wait till the end to see the before and after!!

It’s been a couple years since Garret was up here and it was good to have him back. Garret has been snapping well but during our evaluation we noticed that he struggled a bit with controlling his body at the finish which can cause issues.

The reason he wasn’t as controlled was because he was being too quick at the start of his snap which was throwing off his kinetic sequence. Once we made this correction he stopped his feet from scooting and was able to snap faster!

Garret is a very smooth snapper and has 1 more season down at USF. I’m excited to help him continue to grow and kill it this year and see where snapping can take him!
