If you are trying to work from home during a pandemic @Eastlink is not the service provider for you. Three days of a crucial deadline and I’ve lost over six hours now and counting. No service call backs. It’s unbelievable.
Good Morning @Eastlink ! My internet went out three times yesterday for varying lengths of times ( no call back ) and this morning again twice! I’m keeping track of the hours I’m spending dealing with this and a public log !

Day two of spotty service and internet problems with @Eastlink. Trying to support the local team but thinking calling them monthly to reboot is not what others experience? I’ve had two boxes swapped out in as many months. Is this normal?
