I had a couple of hours at Roydon Common this afternoon. A Silver-washed Fritillary was probably the highlight. I managed pictures of Ringlet, Common Darter, Four-banded Longhorn Beetle and Pellucid Fly.
I had a fairly pleasing haul last night. Pink-barred Sallow, Merveille du Jour, Blair’s Shoulder-Knot and Green-brindled Crescent all came to the light.
I had a nice walk at Narborough Railway Line this afternoon. Took a few photos while I was there. Wasp Beetle, Stripe-winged Grasshopper, Brown Argus and Lace Border.
Just a few pics from a couple of trapping sessions. Small Square-spot and Feathered Gothic were both new. Also pictured are Square-spot Rustic and Frosted Orange.
Around 38 species were lured to the trap last night, it seemed fairly loaded. Pictured are Bordered Straw, Iron Prominent, Lesser Broad-bordered Yellow Underwing. The other one could be a Cabbage Moth. @MOTHIDUK
