The man accused of murdering Ann Widdecombe has been charged with preparing terrorist acts, including against Nigel Farage.

Joshua Kerry, 28, of Rotherham, South Yorkshire, was charged today with one count of preparation of terrorist acts.

The charge relates to alleged activity between 31 May 2024 and 8 July 2026.

In June 2004 the Labour Party rigged two council wards in Birmingham. In one of them a court found over 1,600 postal votes where the two signatures did not match.

The judge treated that mismatch as fraud.

The Home Secretary's father was the election agent for the candidates involved. Her ballot was one of the 1,600.

Just as with the grooming gangs, there are those that want this to go away. It is up to us to make sure it does not.

Restore Britain has started the process of standing candidates all over the country in local by-elections. We are building a national political party from nothing, in a very crowded field. For a seven-month old party to turn up from nowhere and get over 7% in a Blackpool ward which has been Labour for generations is remarkable progress - beating the Tories, Greens and Lib Dems.

With another solid showing in Leicestershire. More to come today in the North East, too...

We don’t have decades old voter data to help us, we certainly don’t have any consolidated foreign national or Muslim vote to help us.

We have patriotic men and women who made the effort to get out and give us their support. It is inspiring.

I want to thank each and every one of them.

Their votes belong to nobody, not us, not Reform, nobody.

It is our job to keep their trust, and continue earning more from others.

The arrogance to assume that they should all meekly fall in line and support a party that does not adequately represent them is astonishing.

I made Reform an offer to work together on a patriotic policy platform, and that offer was outright rejected by Reform. That’s their choice.

Membership is soaring, with 900 new sign ups yesterday alone. Polling is on the up, and candidates are being put in place.
