Canceled my order @IKEAUSA after delivery for a twin bed frame being rescheduled 5 times in 1 week for same reason & offered to stay home to ensure delivery @SelectExp if truck can't get through bridge but won't call you to reschedule but hang up on you. Worst service #pissed

I will never buy anything online from @IKEAUSA . Worst customer service ever. Doesn't tell @SelectExp specific online instructions regarding a covered bridge in your area. Keeps passing Blame to @SelectExp, whose manager hangs up on you after rescheduling delivery w/o real reason
