@OmbudServices interested to know why your investigating officer is denying me the right to appeal, predetermining that I will not have a valid reason. In fact, I have evidence from Ofcom he's wrong. Plus, he has changed his mind after speaking to Provider. Unbiased, really?

@riverislandhelp very disappointed with Manchester Arndale customer service yday. 2 of the size shirt I need in the back, but that closed at 5 PM. Asked them to take me one out today, and I'll collect after work but can't. Have to ring/ask today. Rung up 3 times so far, no answer
