CEO Wingman & Board Advisor | Creator of Omni Intelligence™ | Future Relevant Framework™ Co-creator | Activating higher cognition to thrive with AI in business
Omni Intelligence™ (OI) is an expanded cognitive capability you already have but were never taught to use.
I've been using it consciously and deliberately for 40 years, and you can learn to access your own OI in days, not decades.
AI capability is exposing human weaknesses.
t’s time for human capability to expose AI’s limits.
Omni Intelligence™ is the formidable human ability AI can never replace.
Humans can never compete with AI’s functional intelligence.
AI can never compete with human’s Omni Intelligence™
What becomes possible when AI and OI work together?
For thousands of years, technology changed what humans could do.
Overnight AI changed whether humans are needed to do it.
People waiting for things to return to normal are going to be the most blindsided by what's coming.
Social media has amplified the performative culture where too many people relate through image, status, and approval.
Maybe that’s why so many people are experiencing AI as more human than humans.
While AI is designed to simulate patience, attention, warmth, curiosity, and encouragement, many people experience these interactions as more authentic than what many people offer each other.
That should stop us in our tracks.
If humans want to stay Future Relevant, we need to become more human than AI.
Q. Where have you seen AI offer more patience, attention, or encouragement than people offer each other?

Every solution creates new problems that didn’t exist before.
That’s where future opportunity hides.
To stay ahead in business, train yourself to see the new problems recent solutions have created, then use your Omni Intelligence™ to create new value in the market before anyone else.
We were taught the mind is confined to the brain.
Once we realise, and consciously acknowledge, that the mind is far more expansive than we were led to believe, we open the gateway to accessing infinite levels of our potential.
@StevenBartlett It’s time for humans to trust their senses again and reclaim agency over their inherent genius. Truth is always speaking, but in a world saturated with distraction, distortion, and misdirection, most people have lost the ability to hear it clearly.
“The Gateway Process: Escaping the Matrix of Perception”
In 1983, a U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel named Wayne McDonnell wrote a report assessing something called the Gateway Process.
The document was produced for Army Intelligence and later ended up in the CIA archives, where decades later it would quietly emerge into public view and fascinate millions of people around the world.
The study revolved around research conducted by the Monroe Institute, an organization exploring altered states of consciousness through meditation techniques and synchronized sound frequencies designed to affect brain activity.
Intelligence agencies were interested in anything that could potentially expand human perception, enhance cognition or provide unconventional methods of gathering information.
What makes the Gateway report so remarkable is not simply the subject itself, but the way the analysis unfolds.
The document moves through neuroscience, quantum physics, energy fields, consciousness, meditation and the nature of reality, gradually arriving at conclusions that begin to resemble ideas found in ancient spiritual traditions far more than conventional military analysis.
Reading it today feels strangely familiar as many of us have independently arrived at similar intuitions through philosophy, spirituality and the growing sense that reality may be far more interconnected than modern materialism allows.

Robert Monroe's research and findings on exploring consciousness and different states of awareness was profound. His book, "Journey's out of the body" (1971) was the first piece of literature I found that I knew was credible, because he was the first person to accurately describe many of the things I had been experiencing since I was a toddler. I read his book almost 40 years ago, and to this day, it's the book I recommend most for anyone wanting to learn more about the unseen aspects of their life.
I was 19 when Robert released The Gateway Experience on cassette, and used all my savings to get a copy. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't care. I was fascinated by his Hemi-Sync technology and had to experience it.
I found the Gateway process and his terminology a bit confusing, but I understood it because of my own experiences. And I remember thinking that it wasn't an easy process for someone to follow without deeper insight into what you were doing and where it was taking you. If you don't have a frame of reference and reasonable understanding of the non-local mind, it could be heavy going... and if someone clung to the idea that the mind was in the brain, it would be a non-starter.
I've spent a lifetime consciously exploring this subject, developing my own abilities, and applying it in practical ways in business and day to day life. Accessing what I call Omni Intelligence™ (OI) has been at the core of the work I do as a CEO Wingman for the last 25 years. I did offer to teach clients how to access this higher cognitive ability, but they preferred contracting me to do it for them. OI wasn't a priority for them... they just wanted results solving problems where conventional approaches had failed.
So, up to just a few months ago, it was never a subject I spoke about publicly until having an experience on the 9th of February this year that really shook me. That night I realised that learning to access our higher cognitive abilities as a species, was no longer optional, but an existential imperative for each of us individually, and for humanity as a whole.
The good news is, Omni Intelligence is an inherent ability... everybody already has this expanded cognitive ability... it's just been dormant in most people, most of their lives. Everyone will have experienced it at some point by chance, in the form of déjà vu, a strong hunch, serendipity, epiphany etc. But what few people know is what these experiences actually are, how it happens, and how to consciously and deliberately access this ability on command.
About six years ago, I took the time to reverse engineer the process I had been using intuitively through my life to access my OI, because my daughter wanted me to teach her how to do it herself. It's called the ARC Method™ (Alternating Rapid Cognition)... and it's vital because knowing what Omni Intelligence is, isn't enough. It's an important framework that helps people understand the levels of mind that exist beyond what we were taught in school. But activating and accessing it is a process. There are certain conditions that need to be in place to 'drop' into that state of awareness. That's why learning to ARC is the key to accessing and learning how to direct your Omni Intelligence in ways that are actually useful.
Fortunately the ARC Method is way simpler than Robert Monroe's incredible Gateway process, and you don't need Hemi-Sync, or other Binaural Beats, or Solfeggio frequencies, or years of mastering meditation to learn how to ARC. You can learn the essentials and have your first consciously directed ARC experience in a few weeks.
Robert Monroe's repetitious assertion in The Gateway Experience tapes is "You are more than your physical body" and it's a profound truth. Yet, humans spend a lifetime exploring and mastering their physical body's abilities, and very little time exploring and mastering what's beyond it.
But it's time we turn our attention to these latent abilities waiting to be activated... because technology has been advancing and evolving exponentially over the last 100 years, while humans have remained stagnant or even devolved over the same timeframe.
And if we want to maintain our position as the Apex Species in the new economic ecosystem where humans can't compete with AI's functional capabilities, we need to activate the human advantage AI can never replace. And instead of 'using AI' we need to learn to 'create with AI'... that's how we stay at the tip of the spear.
But 'creating' doesn't mean moving existing pieces of knowledge around the board in unique combinations. Creating means bringing new ideas, theories, solutions, tools, hypotheses, possibilities etc into the collective field of knowledge, that have never been part of that knowledge bank before.
Where AI enhances machine capability, OI is what enhances human capability.
@elonmusk And civilisation will fail if we keep sleepwalking into the future thinking someone else is coming to save the day. It’s time for every human to step up and take responsibility for being the change they want to see.
The future is still unwritten and you and I can still decide how it turns out, provided we face the uncomfortable truths early enough to adapt and shape the future on our terms.
AI disruption isn’t a bump in the road where we return to ‘normal’ at some point in the future… it’s changing the entire economic landscape permanently.
To create a future we want, we need to question ALL our assumptions.
Throughout history, people in specialist and white-collar roles have only competed with other people on human terms.
Top performers in their field, industry, or role would be rewarded with the best titles, earnings, status, influence, and opportunities.
Their expertise was their security.
But now there’s a new competitor in the ring.
AI can now produce work faster, cheaper, and at scale in more and more functional areas that relied on human intelligence in the past.
And AI systems are getting better at it every day.
Q. As AI agents and specialist systems move into more sophisticated functional roles, where does human value move next?
For generations, the education system has trained people to perform specialist functional roles within the economic system.
And for thousands of years, technological advancements helped people perform those functions better, faster, and more reliably.
But AI has introduced a new question…
Are people even needed to perform many of these functions?
That’s the scary reality many people are already facing, having spent decades building their security around their functional intelligence and expertise.
Technology has been evolving at an exponential rate for over a century, performing more and more complex human functions as it advances.
Q. How have humans evolved over the same time period?
The first step through disruption is to align perception with reality.
When we see the problem clearly, we stop fighting shadows and start building the future with our eyes open.
Q. Where are you seeing people’s perceptions misaligned with reality when it comes to AI disruption?
Western culture particularly, is programmed to externalise the cause of its struggles and frustrations. It’s a belief structure favoured by the ego and reinforced by consensus.
But when we look for our keys in the halo of a street lamp, having dropped them somewhere in the shadows… no amount of searching will yield a result.
It’s only once we get through this conversation with people who sincerely wish to know the answers, that the journey to finding real and lasting solutions really begins for them.
Truth is seldom an easy pill to swallow for most, as it tends to point back to us. Yet it’s the gateway to our freedom and reclaiming the incredible power we have to create the life we love.
