@VOGCouncil Somebody needs a lesson in English grammar. One sentence says "able to place 4 bags until 01 February. Next sentence says " from 01 February we will return to 2 black bag Iimit". As our collection day is Monday 01 February, which sentence applies?

@VOGCouncil We live in Wales (in the middle of Winter). So how do keep cardboard dry when it's outdoors and pouring with rain. These bags don't seal anything.
