@Rcheasty75 @VirginMediaIE Yeah I bought a service off them recently, spoke to sales team, explained requirements and was told yes 100% it’ll work…guess what, no it doesn’t. Now the ONLY way to cancel it is to speak to cancellation team, you cannot do it on Chat, WhatsApp or with other departments.
