Instagram is a absolute joke, Iโve been hacked and they do absolutely nothing about it, all my numbers and emails have been changed by the hacker, theyโre posting about forex and I get a reply saying nothingโs fraudulent about the account embarrassing @instagram
@virginmedia I rang up Wednesday, what was advised was I have to do the reconnect again as she wasnโt sure why itโs been over 48 hours, so I have to wait another 48 hours .
She had no clue about the week day reconnection.
Honestly itโs a shambles and so unprofessional.
@virginmedia I also ring back up to be told I have to reconnect my account and it will take 24-48 hours, 3 days go by and itโs still disconnected, I have just rang up again and I have to do the reconnection form again.
Honestly itโs the most unorganised customer care Iโve ever come across.
@virginmedia Well I cancelled my account because you was charging way to much on the phone. Few days later I found a offer online on my app to renew so I did.
Then you continued to cancel my account. I complained cause I had a email confirmation order of the new deal.
@virginmedia On the app it asked me to renew (canโt remember exactly what it said).
But it was due to end on the 7th Aug, I renewed on the 24th with the receipt and order number as the acceptance that I ordered it.
Iโm confused as to why my internet has been off for 2 days now.
Virgin media are so unprofessional, changed my package, received a email to confirm and now I have been disconnected.
Wanna charge me a stupid amount now
