@tfwrail Copy and paste reply to what my colleague has had. Cramming 4 cancelled train’s worth of people on to a train to Manchester comprised of 2 carriages. Then cancelling that at Wilmslow. All crammed in like sardines. You have treated people appallingly today.
@tfwrail I’m not sure it would be humanly possible for you to do more to make my journey any less bearable today. Even for the low bar of British train journeys you’ve managed to surpass yourself with incompetence. Cracking work.
@MicrosoftHelps it is impossible to speak to anyone in the UK over the phone or web for help with a surface pro that has a faulty keyboard. Incredibly poor customer experience so far!
@TeamYouTube Those steps have made no difference at all. I think this problem is specific to the YT account I am using as if I sign in with a different account it seems to be OK, but this is my main account so would like to get it working!
@TeamYouTube I can’t join any channels. When I click the join button it just takes me back to a screen with lots of videos from channels I’m subscribed to. Tried multiple devices, logging in and out - also tried with a different account which works fine. Help please?
@TeamYouTube No - not been billed - I can’t actually get as far as joining - as soon as I click join button the join menu doesn’t come up, just takes me back to a grid view of subscribed videos! Will try your suggestions now
Thank you @GenomiccStudy for our certificate for recruiting our 100th participant @WyeValleyNHS 🎉 A huge milestone for our ICU team who are so proud to be contributing to this important study. Great support from our fantastic PI & #TeamICU🩸🧬🧑🏻⚕️@GasManRyan @CRN_WMid
@NigelSuggett Get an armstrap. Elasticated - widely available on Amazon for about a fiver. Now use that and put it quite high - tried it on lanyard for a bit and had the same issue. No problems at all having it on arm 👍🏼
@hannahsophie_h @visitnorfolk Have never seen those on a menu in either Norfolk or Suffolk and spent the first 19 years of my life (bar one) in both rural and suburban East Anglia!
@ed_abrahamson You 100% made a difference to my career. You were one of the most memorable consultants I worked with when you were at C and W and without knowing it helped me through quite a difficult period simply by being an excellent teacher and mentor. I suspect I wasn’t the only one.
I don’t do much medical tweeting but just found this excellent thread on GCS interpretation and why it’s so important to break down the score. Great reading for anyone involved with critical care patients 👍🏼
The Glasgow Coma Scale is a widespread and important tool for discussing conscious level. After all, "what's the GCS?", barked the stereotypical neurosurgeon at the cowering FY1. But why?!
Well, I can't answer that. But let's think about the GCS in this #tweetorial. #MedEd 1/15
