Congratulations to our own @RwandaMoD Col. Lausane Ingabire on graduating from the prestigious National Defence College-Kenya @ndckenya@NDUKenya. She was a participant in the NDC Kenya Course 28 - 2025/26
Marvel at how multi-talented this lady full Colonel of the Rwanda Defence Force is - that piece of artwork in the photo is her own painting which she gifted to the National Defence College. Col. Lausane worked on it just a few days before her graduation. Long live the bond of friendship and partnership between @kdfinfo and @RwandaMoD.

#Rwanda has been recognized by @WorldBankGroup as a top performer on the Human Capital Index+ (HCI+), reflecting strong progress in health, education, and employment outcomes.
What does that mean? A child born today in Rwanda can expect better health, quality education, and real employment opportunities.
Dear Survivor,
Your testimony stays with us — the small, impossible choices you were forced to make as a child.
Giving away the little money you had, hoping it might save a sibling.
Wearing layers of clothing, prepared for nights in the cold.
Being told to run in different directions — trusting that, God willing, you would meet again.
We also remember those who, though not targeted, chose to risk everything to protect others — affirming, even in the darkest moments, the possibility of humanity.
These are not just memories. They are truths that shape our collective responsibility.
As President @PaulKagame reminded us on 7 April, your strength is a reservoir of humanity that continues to define who we are.
Your loved ones live on in our memory, and in every step this country takes forward.
May you find moments of peace, and the strength to continue, at your own pace.

There is no such thing as the 'Rwandan Genocide'
There is no such thing as the 'Rwandan Genocide'
There is no such thing as the 'Rwandan Genocide'
It is our generation's responsibility to share the testimonies of survivors!

The snake in Genesis didn't come hissing. It came asking questions. Looking concerned. Sounding reasonable. Discernment is learning to hear the agenda underneath the question.
It is on this day, April 12, 1994 that the genocidaires' government led by Theodore Sindikubwabo and Jean Kambanda left the Capital Kigali for GITARAMA (now Muhanga).
On this final day of the commemoration week, we stand at Rebero to honor the brave politicians who chose integrity over silence.
They opposed the evil that led to the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and paid the ultimate price for defending unity, truth, and the dignity of our nation.
Today, we remember them not only as leaders, but as heroes who refused to betray Rwanda.
Their courage lives on. Their sacrifice guides us.

#Kwibuka32.
