Even crazier. 1 hour wait after joining the wait-list to find a lounge which has at least 55 unused seats. Whole tables are empty. I am not even talking about the reserved spots for centurions. This is crazy....

Be a statement credit or points for failure to provide what is offered. It is only fair, they push this as a "big" benefit of the lounge and you can never access it. I think (but not sure) was not able to get into a lounge in 4 years or more. That's just crazy. For a $1000 fee.
