Our assistant surveyor Steven has recently completed a building regulations drawing package for a single storey residential extension.

Brickwork repair needed!
2 years ago we scheduled this for repointing and 3 bricks replaced!
2 cold winters have had a big impact on this wall with the soft clamp bricks and lime mortar softening and crumbling.
