SSG Joshua R. Whitaker died May 15, 2007, from wounds sustained during a firefight near Qalat, Afghanistan.. He was assigned as Special Forces engineer sergeant assigned to 1st Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne).

I SENT THIS 24 days ago to @RapidResponseVA to see if I would get a response. To see if they were actually RESPONSIVE..and vastly improved as Sec Collins claims.

I need to address an issue I have now spent 5 days on (hours for each of those 5 days) attempting to get an issue fixed causing problems for families and those with POA’s with the @DeptVetAffairs website. Nobody has an answer. So I tried this.

NOTHING! Not an acknowledgement … not a word.

… are you going to address this lack of response and the misinformation you hide behind @SecVetAffairs ?!?
