Gateway CAP celebrations of #CommunityActionMonth were so plentiful that we couldn't fit all the activities in our May posts! We're so proud of all the programs, services and administrative departments who helped celebrate. Here's a collage showcasing a few of the activities.
Paulsboro Pride Neighborhood hosted a Community Action Day of Service! Thank you everyone who participated. A special thank you to Mr. Steve Esteban, Judy MacKenzie and the Gloucester County Clean Communities Program. Volunteers included our Steering Committee & Youth Council.

To highlight the month of May as #CommunityActionMonth , Gateway Food Pantry distributed bags of BBQing condiments along with a flyer explaining the impact of community action agencies at the emergency food distribution on Wednesday. There's another Food distribution today.
Twin Rivers Head Start received a 4-star rating from Grow NJ Kids, the state-sponsored initiative to raise the quality of child care and early learning across New Jersey. Grow NJ Kids star ratings easily help families recognize high-quality programs. #grownjkids#gatewaycap
Salem Family Success Center held a Child Abuse Prevention Awareness Family Fun Day Event for families in the community. Families got to enjoy coloring, playing games, winning prizes, making pinwheels, eating pizza and goodies, all while learning how to prevent child abuse.
