Dear @EvikaSilina your country is becoming a true drone powerhouse.
Your expertise will help shape Europe’s security.
And boost our defence industry for the years to come.
On August 23, 1989, nearly two million people formed a 675 km human chain from Vilnius🇱🇹 to Riga🇱🇻 to Tallinn🇪🇪. We peacefully demanded freedom&justice. Holding my grandpa’s hand, I chanted “Lithuania be free!”.
36 years later, we stand firm. Freedom beats in every Lithuanian heart, as testament to our unwavering support for all who fight for their own. #balticway #fightforfreedom
⚫️ On March 25, 1949, the Soviet Union deported over 90,000 Latvians, Lithuanians, and Estonians to Siberia—families torn apart, thousands perished.
Today, russia continues the Soviet legacy of terror and will commit even greater crimes if not stopped. Only a strong and well-armed Europe can stand against this absolute evil.
⚫️ 1949. gada 25. martā Padomju Savienība deportēja vairāk nekā 90 000 latviešu, lietuviešu un igauņu uz Sibīriju – ģimenes tika izpostītas, tūkstoši gāja bojā.
Šodien krievija turpina padomju terora mantojumu un pastrādās vēl lielākus noziegumus, ja to neapturēs. Tikai spēcīga un labi bruņota Eiropa spēs stāties pretī šim absolūtajam ļaunumam.
