As part of its interaction with distinguished personalities series, NACIN, Lucknow hosted Padmashree and Dronacharya awardee Shri Gaurav Khanna who also is also Head Coach of the National Para Olympic Badminton team, on 25.09.2025. He addressed the 26th batch of trainee Inspectors and Executive Assistants undergoing promotional training. He powerfully connected sports with public service, sharing how sportsmanship, kindness towards the weaker sections, and perseverance shaped his life. He inspired the trainees to imbibe these qualities to overcome challenges and become officers who truly serve the society.

NACIN, Lucknow organized a visit for the 13th batch of EA/TA trainees to the Gaurav Khanna Excellence Academy for Para-Athletes on 18.11.2025. Guided by Padma Shri Mr. Gaurav Khanna, the trainees witnessed the incredible grit of our para-athletes. The dedication shown by these champions was a lesson in resilience. The visit has deeply inspired the trainees, strengthening their resolve to serve the nation with renewed passion and purpose.
