@globalnews@WestJet just told me they canceled two tickets I asked for a credit on, then told me the credit was actually in my account that I never knew existed. Told them there’s no points once I was finally able to get in, and they said they can’t tell if we didn’t just use them.. insane
COX has to be the worst internet I’ve ever had, 2 weeks without internet for them to come in a second time and say they recommend a whole new install… got me fucked up
