@AWSSupport Billing alarms are in place - although a bit higher than I'd have liked! 🙃 Bigger issue is that allowing users to purchase this is a footgun - they'll think they've chosen the cheapest option but when unlimited charges apply on an idle instance of this spec it's definitely not

@AWSSupport @QuinnyPig Can I suggest you don't allow people to run SQL Server RDS w/ db.t3.micro? In theory it's the cheapest possible option - but an idle instance hits high levels of T3 unlimited charges. Next instance up inevitably cheaper... (just had bill shock)

@bgardner @wpengine Not that I've worked with WordPress for a while, but I found the folks at WP Engine to be consummate professionals when I've needed to hand off mission critical sites in the past (at a much better deal than WordPress VIP). Hope you manage to fix this 👍
