💧Pulse Polio Programme will be Conducted Across GBA Limits

Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) Special Commissioner (Health) Venkatachalapathi directed officials to ensure the successful implementation of the National Pulse Polio Programme from June 28 to July 1 across Bengaluru.

📍 3,444 Polio Booths have been set up at Urban Primary Health Centres, Namma Clinics, maternity hospitals, Anganwadi centres, schools and other public locations.

🚍 Mobile and fixed vaccination teams will also cover bus stands, railway stations, metro stations, malls, parks, hospitals and slum areas to ensure every child is reached.

👶 Parents are requested to bring all children below 5 years of age to the nearest polio booth, irrespective of previous doses received, and ensure they receive the mandatory two drops of polio vaccine.

🚶‍♂️🛣️ Obstacle-Free Footpaths Must Be Given Priority – D.S. Ramesh

A review meeting chaired by BECC Commissioner D.S. Ramesh focused on footpath encroachment clearance, scientific pothole repairs, and beautification of major junctions to ensure safer and more convenient public mobility.

🔹 Footpath Encroachment Clearance Drive to commence from 1 July, with the first phase targeted for completion by 10 July.

🔹 Special enforcement teams to remove unauthorized kiosks, pushcarts, sheds, advertisement boards, and other encroachments obstructing pedestrian movement.

🔹 Scientific pothole repairs to be carried out using IRC standards with proper cutting, cold mix application, and mechanical compaction.

🔹 Road development works to follow IRC guidelines, ensuring proper camber and effective stormwater drainage.

🔹 Major junctions to be beautified through improved footpaths, refreshed zebra crossings, road markings, and enhanced streetscapes.

🚛 Evening Auto Tippers for Garbage Hotspots: Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao

Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao inspected civic works in Bengaluru South and directed officials to:

♻️ Deploy additional evening auto tippers in garbage-prone areas of Yelachenahalli.
🧹 Maintain cleanliness at the Yelachenahalli garbage transfer point and prevent roadside dumping.
🤝 Encourage citizens to report uncollected garbage for immediate action.
📢 Create public awareness against littering and impose strict penalties on violators.
🏗️ Identify land and establish a Transfer Station to strengthen waste management.
🛣️ Develop footpaths along the newly completed 4.5-km road near KSIT College, Raghuvanahalli.
🌉 Speed up the Ejipura Flyover project by deploying more manpower, with at least 40 workers on-site daily to ensure timely completion.

ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವರು ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ನಗರಾದ್ಯಂತ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ಜಯಂತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇ-ಖಾತಾ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ನೋಂದಣಿ, ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ, ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಇ-ಖಾತಾ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಶನಿವಾರ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ "ನನ್ನ ಇ-ಖಾತಾ ನನ್ನ ಹಕ್ಕು ಅಭಿಯಾನ" ಜೂನ್ 27ರಂದು ನಡೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

"ನನ್ನ ಇ-ಖಾತಾ ನನ್ನ ಹಕ್ಕು ಅಭಿಯಾನ" ಜುಲೈ 4, 2026ರಿಂದ ಪುನರಾರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದ್ದು, ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿ ಶನಿವಾರ ನಿಯಮಿತವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಇ-ಖಾತಾ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಅಹವಾಲುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸದುಪಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.

ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ತ್ವರಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇ-ಖಾತಾ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲಿದೆ.

In view of the celebration of Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Jayanti, the "My e-khata My Right Campaign" scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, has been called off.

The decision has been approved by the Hon'ble Minister for Greater Bengaluru Development, considering the Kempegowda Jayanti celebrations that will be held across the city.

Accordingly, the public is informed that the "My e-Khata My Right Campaign," which is conducted every Saturday to facilitate e-Khata application registration, corrections, status verification, and resolution of other e-Khata-related issues, will not be held on June 27.

The campaign will resume from July 4, 2026, and will continue to be held regularly every Saturday thereafter. Citizens are encouraged to make use of the programme to address their e-Khata-related grievances and obtain necessary assistance.

The Greater Bengaluru Authority remains committed to providing prompt and transparent citizen services and will continue to take measures to make e-Khata services more efficient and accessible to the public.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಡಾ. ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಕೆ.ವಿ. ರವರು ಇಂದು ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಕೆಂಗೇರಿ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮಾಗಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಮೀಪದ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯ ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್ಮೆಂಟ್ - ಮಾಧವನಗರ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕ್ಯಾಪಿಟಲ್ ಸಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಫಾರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಲ್ ಇನ್‌ಫ್ರಾಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಚರ್ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ಸ್ (CSSIP) ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದರು.

📞Commissioner’s Weekly Phone-In Programme | Bengaluru North City Corporation

To establish direct communication with citizens, the Bengaluru North City Corporation has introduced a weekly Phone-In programme with the Commissioner every Friday for two hours.

This initiative, which began on September 26, will also be conducted this week on Friday, June 12th, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, during which the Commissioner will directly address public grievances and concerns.

Citizens are requested to make use of this opportunity to share their issues and suggestions.
