I still find it fascinating that this person was governor for 8 years, and was at no point a reference point in the country.

People talk about Donald Duke, Mimiko and Fashola are referenced. Kwankwaso was referenced for his time as governor.

Most of the praises Obi got for his terms as governor started in 2022. 8 years after his tenure. Mostly from people who insisted he was a bigot, a bad governor and had cursed him when he was governor for being a disaster. The tweets and articles exist, despite the best efforts at mass deletion.

Peter Obi became Anambra State Governor in 2006 and that Pandora fraud account was opened by Peter Obi in 2010, 4 years after being the Governor already.

Peter Obi, set up that Pandora offshore company in the name of her daughter and named it Gabriella Investments Limited in the British Virgin Islands, a known tax haven.

According to the Pandora Papers that is now in the open, a leak of millions of documents investigated by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ), Obi engaged Acces International, a Monaco-based firm, to establish this entity SECRETLY while he was ALREADY Anambra Governor.

Being a smooth player in 2017, Gabriella Investments was renamed PMGG Investments Limited, that's the initials of Peter, Margaret (his wife), Gabriella, and Gregory (his son).

Obi also created The Gabriella Settlement, a trust in the British Virgin Islands, which became the sole shareholder of PMGG Investments, with a New Zealand entity, Granite Trust Company Limited, as its trustee. It's not a NEW findings, it's on the internet....

Section 6 of the Code of Conduct Bureau and Tribunal Act, prohibits public officials from managing private businesses except farming.

The point is THIS: Peter Obi is just a normal OLD TAKER in Naija Politics, where did he see the funds he suddenly began to hide as a sitting Governor in 2010 that he started that coverup with Pandora stuff?

Remember, all the LGA funds in Anambra came directly to him...

Here is what Benji Obi the former Special Assistant on inter-party Affairs to Peter Obi had to say during a telephone chat with journalists in Abuja about his former boss on the use of public funds for private functions.

-Obi built the first expensive Helipad at the Government House in Anambra for his personal use of flying all over the place.

-Peter Obi used helicopters to travel often while he was the governor, and he usually travelled alone or with one trusted aide. It was not a secret within the administrative circles in Awka. When he went to the burial of his wife’s sister, he flew in a helicopter. He took off from the Government House.

-Peter Obi increased the money for his private kitchen at the Government House to N2million monthly and increased the feeding for the Police officers attached to him to N7million monthly. The alleged increase never translated to increased feeding for the officer, as the money disappears.

-He alleged that his former boss lied when he said he stopped the buffet-styled dinner being served at the Government House.

-What he did was to sack all the previous cooks and butlers and employed over 30 cooks/butlers/stewards from Akwa Ibom and expanded the kitchen budget. The Akwa Ibom cooks and stewards were over 20 cooking for Peter Obi. Buffet was always there.

-Peter Obi purchased a bulletproof BMW for his wife and two bulletproof land cruisers for himself. He even bought an additional one for his brother, Damian.

-He was always using private jets to travel as often as any other state governor in Nigeria. The records are there and can be made public.
