@Ofcom@virginmedia virgin media has been totally down since 28th May at 10pm. Many people in my area are affected. The potential fix date has been moved forward several times. The latest is 1st June at 12. They haven't given any explanation. Help!

Ok, how about replying to my many messages? We are close to the 48 hour compensation deadline for loss of service and with an apparent 'fix' planned for Monday at 12 you are going to owe alot of people.

Our service has been down since 10pm Thursday 28th. Latest updates keep pushing reconnection forward to latest info: 1st June 12pm. What on earth are you doing? Clearly not working on Friday-Sunday. Replies have dried up and your Whatsapp is disabled. We pay ยฃ123 pm
@virginmedia Our service in CM16 went down on Thursday 28th @ 10pm. Ridiculous 'updates' have been sent every few hours. The supposed fix is now 2nd June. What on earth is going on?

I have tried DM, customer service and live chat. Hours later my husbands virgin email still isn't working. Virgin are impossible to deal with and getting worse.
@virginmedia Virgin Media has let us down badly. We moved home on 28th March and were due to install 31st. They rearranged until 16th April for no reason and without telling us. Four hours of phone calls and nothing has happened. CEO Lutz Schueler needs to earn his salary.
