We have experts all over here these days. They know more than our well trained officers and men. They don't know Nigerian soldiers are one of the best trained soldiers on the continent. They think they must have opinions far beyond their intellectual levels.

@Bayo_Bilisi I really hope and pray he doesn't learn in a hard way cos those mofos don't send em papa.. They all here to bring him down.. He needs to RONU
Honestly, I'm genuinely happy for Tunde Onakoya and everything he has achieved. I also don't expect him to be a permanent defender of Yoruba interests; that's not his job.
My observation is simply that he doesn't appear to lend the same public voice to Yoruba concerns that he readily extends to other people's causes.
And it's not just him. I've noticed what seems to be a broader pattern among many prominent Yoruba celebrities and public figures. They are often vocal and highly visible when defending people from other ethnic groups or speaking out on issues affecting them, yet when a Yoruba celebrity, or even an ordinary Yoruba person, is clearly being unfairly singled out, many remain noticeably silent.
I don't believe anyone is obligated to champion their ethnic group's interests.
My only concern is consistency. If you're willing to speak up when someone from Ibo communities is unfairly targeted, it's reasonable to hope you'll show the same concern when someone from your own community faces unfair attacks.
For me, that's not about tribalism; it's about applying the same principles equally.
Tunde Onakoya is, by all accounts, a good man whose work has positively impacted many lives. But when it comes to advancing Yoruba interests or serving as a prominent voice for the Yoruba community, I don't see him playing that role, and that's perfectly within his rights.
We Yorubas just have to know that and let him be, when they chase him away from Twitter again, it's all man for himself
If you are broke as a man, it’s not only women that will treat you bad with utter disrespect, even your friends, family and enemies will treat you one kind. It’s only you and God.
Seems it's a long time ago that we had an IG like Tunji Disu
Real professional. Top man
Let me keep watching. For now, he started with a good grade in my books
Somehow he managed to get security guards protecting him
Got a great welcome at the national assembly. Even got a line in the budget
This story is very interesting
A joint enforcement team is currently removing illegal structures, shanties, and unauthorised trading activities along the corridor at LASU Gate, Iyana Iba, and Alaba Rago. The operation, which follows the Governor's directive, is aimed at reclaiming public spaces, improving traffic flow, and restoring environmental order to one of Lagos's busiest thoroughfares.
The exercise is being jointly undertaken by officials of the Lagos State Environmental Task Force, Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI), the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), and the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA). The message is clear: Lagos will not tolerate the unlawful occupation of road infrastructure and public spaces.

BREAKING: Gunmen attacked travellers on the Sagamu–Benin Expressway in Ogun and kidnapped 5 people. Within 24 hours, police from Ogun and Lagos rescued all 5 victims, killed 4 kidnappers, and arrested 88 suspects during a major operation in Area J4 Forest.
No Terrorism in SW!
I came across what appeared to be a suspicious fuel-loading activity while refuelling at AA Rano on the outskirts of Kano. More than 100 jerrycans, each with a capacity of 50 litres, were being filled and loaded into this white vehicle.
Tinubu could have done nothing.
That was the easiest choice.
Keep the subsidy. Let the naira stay artificially fixed. Smile for cameras.
Do four years. Collect your legacy. Go home.
Nigerians would have loved him for it.
No protest. No remove Tinubu.
Just peace.
But your fuel would still be smuggled to Niger. Your dollar would still be 1,500 on the street while government cronies buy it at 400. Your children would still inherit a country running on borrowed time and borrowed money.
You would be happy.
And your children would suffer for your happiness.
That is exactly what every president before him chose. And you called them good men.
Imagine you have a doctor.
Previous doctors kept giving you painkillers. You felt fine. You liked those doctors.
This new doctor looks at your scan and says your organs are failing. We need surgery. It will hurt. You will hate me for it. But if we don't do this now, you will die in five years.
You're currently outside the hospital with a microphone calling the surgeon a criminal.
The painkillers felt better.
But the painkillers were killing you.
