Eviction Protection Program:
The protection program is designed to prevent and assist individuals at the pre-eviction and eviction stages. This program includes assistance with habitability, rent increases, security deposit, and termination notices.

Eligibility:
Residency must be in Bakersfield City limits
Income under or at 120% poverty line

Referrals to agencies
Council and advice
Limited Services
