@Jeff_Mans I collected 10+ years of my fantasy baseball league h2h stats (R,RBI,1B,2B,3B,HR,SO,SB,AVG,OBP & W,L,SV,HR,K,HLD,ERA,WHIP,QS) data, showing the % chance of winning in a given week. Ran a linear regression. Can you explain why 1B would be a negative correlation to win?

@JeffRatcliffe @SiriusXMFantasy In the same way, 15-18 QBs being drafted builds in their scarcity which inherently pushes up certain QBs into those first few rounds. Only "needing" 1 QB, in a way, makes that position just as "important" as needing 4 WRs based on how many startable are available

@JeffRatcliffe @SiriusXMFantasy thanks for the response but I feel what youre saying comes down to positional scarcity (needing 3-4 starting WRs and drafting 5-6). So you'll have "backups" if the early picks fail. But having 5-6 on a roster (60-70 drafted) builds that in

@JeffRatcliffe made this trade earlier last week. TLaw was my QB (underwelming). AJ Brown better than Jeudy (underwelming) and Skattebo was obviously a downgrade at RB but with the upside (which came to fruition this weekend)
