I actually don't like this, but it's not meant for me. The housing market is largely driven by women decision makers. Single female buyers are double single male buyers in the US market, and in relationships the buying process and purchase decision tilt heavily toward women. This is the exact demographic Kaz needs to draw to @Opendoor and keep engaged. Another great move. We are watching.
