Reclaiming the legal system from gender identity ideology is essential work.
The Gender Critical Law Society is doing important pushback against compelled speech, bad legislation, and institutional capture. Glad to see this network growing!

"A conservative win."
The @latimes probably doesn't realize that the block was issued by a Democratic Biden appointee.
The judge is Fred W. Slaughter.
Before he was appointed to the federal judiciary, he was appointed to serve as a judge of the Orange County Superior Court by CA Governor Jerry Brown (not exactly known for his raging conservatism).
This is a win for Americans across the political spectrum who know what sex is and for the US Constitution.
Get a grip, @latimes.

🚨NEW: Inmates at Shakopee Prison, Minnesota’s only women’s prison, told @AlphaNews that inmate Daniel/Danielle Whitebird is showing his p*nis to them and making them “read his poems that are about rape.”
Sources say he has not been held accountable or faced any discipline.
Asked about the behavior, a Department of Corrections spokesperson said the DOC takes “all allegations of sexual misconduct and harassment seriously, regardless of who is involved and any reports or allegations of sexual misconduct are investigated in accordance with DOC policy and the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA). Out of concern for the integrity of the investigation and victim privacy, we cannot comment on the specific allegations or potential findings.”
We asked @amyklobuchar, if she’s elected governor, if she will continue Walz’s controversial trans policy allowing men in the women’s prison. Her campaign has not responded.
This is an opportunity to ensure women have sex-based federally funded homeless and domestic violence shelters if they need them!

This was interesting. We have new talking points:
Don’t say “puberty blockers,” say “puberty delayers,” to promote the false idea that you can, without any consequences, simply push the pause button on a timed, necessary developmental process.
We have no long-term data on this experiment but there are no shortage of warning signs and we know the consequences of blockers followed by hormones — loss of sexual function and sterility.
Another day, another call from a family being investigated by CPS agency in Oregon because they won’t say that their daughter is transgender, won’t agree that she is a boy, won’t transition her.
She is 15. She is mentally unwell.
Her school is the one reporting the parents.
CPS is calling the mom’s employer which will guarantee that mom will lose her job. She is the main breadwinner of the family. Dad’s business is not doing well.
They are legal immigrants with small means. They are easy pickings.
This is queer theory. This is how American will be destroyed. One family at a time.

Women were held in jails and prisons with men until sex-segregated incarceration emerged gradually in the 19th century to address the abuse that women endured in mixed sex facilities.
The first dedicated women's prison in the US, Mount Pleasant Female Prison in New York, opened in 1835 (fully operational by 1839) adjacent to Sing Sing, separating women from male guards and inmates to prevent sexual abuse and poor conditions.
The first fully standalone women's prison, Indiana Women's Prison, was established in 1873 following Quaker reformers' successful 1869 lobbying against male guard abuses. The reform movement spread, leading to separate women's prisons in most states by 1940.
Separate prisons arose from practical necessities and feminist prison reformers who argued women required protection from male violence and "sympathetic care" by female staff. Courts have since upheld sex segregation under the equal protection provision of the 14th Amendment, viewing men and women prisoners as not "similarly situated" due to differences in offense types, security needs, and vulnerabilities.
97% of men who identify as women are intact. Most prisons and jails only require a male prisoner to “self identify” as a woman in order to be moved to a female facility.
Notwithstanding the large number of women who are raped, assaulted, harassed, watched, and beaten by male in female prisons and jails, this issue does not get legacy media attention.
Most people do not know about this and if they do, they think the numbers are few and that the men are sedated by estrogen and have had at least chemical castration.
WoLF will not take our eye off of this issue.
Mia Cathell, from the Washington Examiner, highlights the unprecedented inclusion of Radical Feminist input on this women’s spa case, including Board President of WoLF, Elspeth Cypher.
@dcexaminer Thank you!

Mainstream media has a blackout on our bill. @CBSNews was at the press conference but is still doing the bidding of the left, and didn’t report on the fact that 90% of the people there to support getting makes out of female spaces were lesbians and women from the left. @CAgovernor wants to shut us up but we will only get louder. @WomeAreReals @bourne_beth2345@Cartel_Cal

Glad to be part of this conversation. What are two easy things you can do to push back against this ideology?
1. Refuse to engage in pronoun rituals
2. Decline to put your pronouns in your bio
"We propose that the SJC promulgate the following rule:
Supreme Judicial Court Rule 5: Ensuring free expression and clarity regarding the meaning of pronouns.
In the course of legal proceedings, no judge shall prohibit or discourage any party, attorney, or witness from using sex-based language, including pronouns or descriptors."
Some judges ban sex-based language in court. They're violating Americans' constitutional rights.
