25 Correction Officers from the Cuyahoga County Jail adopted the 25 Kids at Applewood Center for Christmas each kid had a list of items they wanted for Christmas an each CO made sure they had the items on the list plus more.

Today after 33 years, Colonel Dereck R. Stewart, has retired. On his last day in the office he met with his team. In his final official statement he said, “always take care of one another, believe in yourselves but most of all take care of our troopers.” We thank you sir.

In memoriam: RCMP Reg. #33631, Cst. Michael Joseph Buday. EOW- 19 Mar 1985 when shot and killed on duty as an Emergency Response Team member, while attempting to arrest a suspect, in the Teslin Lake area of British Columbia. RIP.
