- பஞ்சாக்ஷரபுரம் ஸ்ரீ வாலையானந்த சுவாமிகள்.

வைதிக சைவம் என்ற பெயரால் பெறப்படும் பொருள் வேத சம்பந்தமான சிவாகமம் என்பதாம். வைதிகம் - வேத சம்பந்தம���ள்ளது:
*சைவம் சிவாகமம். எனவே வேத நூலையும்
சிவாகம நூலையும் முக்கிய பிரமாணமாகக் கொண்ட ஒரு சிறந்த
சமயத்துக்கு வைதிக சைவம் என்ற பெயர் பொருந்துகின்றது.

ஆன்மாக்கள் எண்ணில்லாதனவாய் அநாதியாய்ப்
பல
திறப்படப் பந்தித்த பாசத்தடை உடையவைகளாய் இருத்தலின்
அவைகளுக்கு முதல்வன் அப்பாசத்தடையால் நேர்ந்த அறியாமையைப் போக்கி அறிவினை விளக்குகின்றபோது ஆன்மாக்களுக்கெல்லாம் அறிவு ஒரு தன்மைய��க விளங்குவதில்லை.

ஒழுகத்தக்க நூல்களும் பலதிறப்படும் அல்லவா? அவைகளை
அருளிச்செய்த முதல்வன் ஆன்மாக்களை இரண்டு பெரும் பகுதிகளாக வகைப்படுத்தி, அவைகளுக்குப் பொதுவாக ஒரு வகை
நூல்களையும் சிறப்பாக ஒரு வகை நூல்களையும் அருளிச் செய்தான்.

பொது நூல் வேதமெனப் பெயர் பெறும். சிறப்பு
நூல் சிவாகமமெனப் பெயர் பெறும். சிவாகமத்துக்குச் சைவம்
என்ற பெயரும் உண்டு.

That date will define which CFCC functions are ahead of regulators — and which ones aren't.

Article 113 of the EU AI Act becomes enforceable in ten weeks. De Nederlandsche Bank has been explicit: readiness will be judged by operational evidence. Not policies. Not frameworks. Operational evidence.

I've been tracking this across CIB and CFCC functions in multiple jurisdictions. The gap between what institutions believe they have — and what a supervisor will actually accept — is significant.

Three things every CFCC leader must do before 2 August:

1. Map your AI workflows against Annex III — now.
KYC decisioning, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, customer risk scoring. If AI touches these, you are likely classified as high-risk under the Act. The question isn't whether you're in scope. It's whether you can prove compliance within 48 hours of a supervisory request.

2. Your AI governance policy is not enough.
DNB's language is unambiguous: institutions that produce policies without demonstrating live controls, testing records, and explainability evidence will be assessed as non-compliant in spirit — even if nominally compliant on paper. The bar is operational, not documentary.

3. Commission an AI inventory exercise today.
McKinsey, IBM, BCG, and Deloitte published Q2 2026 research independently — all converging on one finding: only 18% of organisations maintain a complete AI inventory. A supervisory request to produce your full AI system register would expose this gap immediately. In the August 2026 cycle, that gap will be costly.
