@FoodProfessor We have supply management (quota) for reason in Canada. When was last time you heard a dairy in Canada go bankrupt cause producer received income below cost of production? When was last time a USA dairy closed because money received for milk was below the cost of production?

@FoodProfessor Did he not sign an agreement to produce " x " amount of milk? ( called quota) Did he produce more than his allotted quota? So if he is producing more than his signed agreement, he is milking more cows than he has too is he not?
