@MyntraSupport@myntra@mukeshbansal06 Why isn’t Myntra sending someone who knows the background and understands it’s a wrong delivered item he has to pickup. Showing us the image of product we never got and going back from door without pickup . It’s frustrating. Almost more than a month now !!

The delivery agent is coming showing the image of fab India kurta ( which has never been delivered ) and going back without picking up the wrong delivered product. How difficult it is for the delivery people to understand the issue.
@MyntraSupport I don’t know what quality checks Myntra does at their end,the package I received is an incorrect used stained shirt. I had repeatedly said I had ordered a new fab india kurta .I don’t know of your supply chain, delivery partner or warehouses genuineness .Still waiting my order.
@MyntraSupport No you don’t and the tone and your attitude represents the behaviour you and your company representatives have been showing all along. How does this solve my problem. I am repeatedly telling I have not received what I ordered.

Myntra delivered a wrong used stained item against my order.After repeated
requests of exchange/return now have stopped replying.Not accepting that they delivered a wrong product. Wrote to customer care repeatedly no reply.
Order was fab india female kurta set.
Myntra Shame.
@R_Rahe@myntra It’s been 20 days the only answer I got was as no tempering in the package was reported and it was factory checked so it had to be your product. Nothing we can do. Forget about your money and order. Horrible customer service experience.
@R_Rahe@myntra Actually it’s a horrible experience,I raised the complaint as soon as we open the package and found out it’s a different product that too used and stained at places . And that’s been my stand from day 1. Spoken to 2 dozens of customers executive/escalation but no resolution.
