@MichaelBerrySho It seems like the power of the Grand Jury is being underused. The way I remember it, they can indict anybody. Whether they have tickets or not.
Afroman Day 2: Deputy claims Afroman singing about sleeping with his wife has caused him “tremendous pain” as grounds for defamation.
Day 2 of the Afroman defamation case has begun, and Randolph L. Walters, Jr. testified that Afroman singing about sleeping with his wife caused him “tremendous pain.”
Walters Jr. also stated that being labeled a “thief” has hurt his reputation.
So far, all the deputies have claimed they do not believe everything they hear or see on the internet and that they have all been called names unrelated to Afroman’s songs.
So many good clips 🤣
NEW: Officer “Pound Cake” Cooley took the stand today and acted like he had no idea why he was being called Pound Cake.
Roll the tape!
Afroman’s attorney promptly reminded him.
Shawn Cooley said the video and being called a thief subjected them to humiliation, emotional distress, and death threats to himself and his family.
Pound Cake, I mean Shawn, stated he received hundreds of pound cakes at work from people.
Cooley stated Afroman claimed he was high, and he vehemently denied ever doing drugs.
For context this woman hid behind a badge to break into @ogafroman house, kick down his door, ram his gate, and the disconnected his cameras with a huge smile on her face. But hey not many girls can say a guy wrote a song about them though so there is that lol
