[murtaza @murtaza]

how i make most of my money trading memecoins without insider info:

good memes like $USELESS $CASHCAT have 2 lives

1st one pays insiders, 2nd one pays me

save my 5 rules, mainly #2 👇

1️⃣ I NEVER TRADE THE 1ST LIFE

1st life = launch + hype

devs, insiders and bots are in before most ppl even see the chart

then big accounts buy, 1000s copy them, and someone ends up as exit liquidity

if it’s all over ur timeline, ur probably not early

news coins are even worse cause headline dies, attention dies and coin dies with it

almost none of them get a 2nd life

2️⃣ I ONLY BUY 2ND LIVES

the setup i keep looking for:

huge first run → brutal crash → boring period → second bid

the crash resets the board

early holders leave, attention disappears and whatever survives has to prove there’s still real demand

some of my best entries came when the chart was flat

/example 1

$CASHCAT ran to around 20c after launching then dumped like 75%

no rh listing yet, just a chance of one but holders kept posting about it

that’s when i go in

then rh listed it in august

early september it printed new highs above 28c

/example 2

$USELESS sat around $50M mcap at one point, roughly 85% below its high

ppl moved on and even made fun of it but @unipcs kept believing

one of the best traders on here still talking about a coin 85% below its high?

continued conviction after -85% is a whole different thing from chasing the 1st pump

that made it a lot easier for me to buy

then boom in september it trades above $300M

what i check before buying:

• crashed hard, usually 70%+ and didn’t die
• dev + launch wallets gone or tiny, not recycled
• holders going up while price does nothing
• community still strong even after hype is gone
• a catalyst still possible, but not needed for the thesis
• volume comes back before price
• enough liquidity that my size doesn’t move it

miss too many and i pass

i sell when:

• holders, posts, volume go quiet
• 4 weeks, no rising activity
• base breaks on rising sell volume

basically if the chart looks dead but activity isn’t, that’s when i start paying attention

3️⃣ I ROTATE WHERE ATTENTION SHIFTS

money rarely leaves memes, it rotates

one coin breaks out first, then traders start looking for what hasn’t moved yet

so when one of my coins pumps and a similar setup is still flat

i ask:

would i buy this today at this price?

if no then why am i still holding all of it?

why half:

A dumps, B pumps → caught the next move
both dump → same as just holding A
B dies → lost the half i moved
A keeps sending, B stalls → left some gains on the table

that’s why i move half, never all

max 3–5 coins at once. if i want a new one, something gets cut

4️⃣ I SELL WHEN IT’S EVERYWHERE

tops often come with max attention

strangers posting my coin, it’s trending everywhere, friends who don’t even trade crypto asking me about it

that’s when i trim:

up 3x? i take out initial

made enough? i sell a lot

can’t let go? i sell half

i’m not trying to call the exact top

i’m just trying to stop a huge winner from turning back into nothing

5️⃣ I SIZE TO SURVIVE THE CRASH

even strong memes can drop 70%

so before i buy i ask:

what happens to me if this nukes 70%?

if one coin dropping 70% ruins ur month, the position is too big

• never go all in
• spread risk
• keep spare cash

-70% is only an opportunity if u still have cash when it happens

——

most traders spend all day trying to be early

i’d rather be late to the 1st life

and early to the 2nd 🤞
