Instead of assumptions that you've lost someone, reach out to them and let them know you're still in their corner.
Ngl, adult friendships require grace. People are very busy. People are healing. People are growing. People are taking time for self care just like you. Less communication isn’t less love. Check in not out.
Don’t try to change, control or convert anyone. Allow people to be exactly who they are.
Your part is to see if who they are meets your standard for relational intelligence, connection, care, respect, intimacy and love. And then provide or deny access accordingly.
