@MeanestTA I like the ones from brooks. You can get ones with hooks on the back so that you don't almost strangle yourself when you're sweaty and trying to take it off.
Do expired BinaxNOW #COVID19 rapid antigen tests still work? This @JournalSpectrum study shows that expired kits retain their sensitivity. The findings have implications for waste management & supply chain resilience in pandemic readiness efforts. https://t.co/SJRkmBUqkd
@drugmonkeyblog This is basically my job description. AssistP with roots in industry saw value in a project manager for the lab. It's a unicorn position, but I am the person who pulls every so that he can do heavy lifting.
Reviewing a chapter for something. States that most proteins are in the 300-400aa range. Is this true? Or am I biased by working on too many 12-TM proteins?

@davonmagwood I am one of the few that grew up on the south side. There's always been an element of partiers that have been there, but it's like a hellscape during the day now too. Too much has been spent on accommodating the non-locals. For example: SSW.
It looks like the Archive is under a DDoS attack causing the servers to fall over. Our volunteer sysadmins are working on countermeasures. Please be patient with us, we'll be back!
@PartridgeCG From what I remember, you also need to be aware of the low binding tips (basically anything that's plastic). Some things don't come in that format, so you have to do a blocking step on the plastic to defeat binding. (I don't remember what we used.)
