The Geek/Art CONfluence is TOMORROW!

It's looking to be the best CON so far, with tons of stuff. We've talked about the games and the art in the last couple days, today let's point out some of the other cool stuff you can do.

Plus we've got streaming anime shows and movies all day if you want to relax.

We can't wait to see you there!

And finally we have our artist speakers, DANI PENDERGAST, TYLER BOSS, and A. ANDREWS.

It's the geek/ART confluence folks, come immerse yourself in some geeky creativity!

It will not surprise you to hear that something called the Geek/Art CONfluence has a lot of ART going on!

We have our ART CONTEST, judged by James P. McCampbell. All you have to do is draw Batman, any way you like, and turn it in by email ([email protected]) or in person

And then of course there are our many VENDORS/ARTISTS, including Andromeda's Alchemy, James P. McCampbell, Nerd Alert Art, Nick Morman, Nikki DeJohn, Pastel Pride Witch, and our Syracuse Illustration students, who all have awesome art, crafts, and design for you to buy!

Her VALS lecture is tonight from 6:30-8:00 in Shemin Auditorium in the Shaffer Art Building. Check out her talk tonight, and then her other talk with us at the CON on Sunday!

Dani Pendergast is the last speaker for me to introduce in detail. She's speaking at 1:00 on Sunday.

Dani Pendergast is a freelance illustrator from Parkland, Florida and currently based in Boston, Massachusetts. She is interested in exploring deeper truths in her work.

We are especially fans of Dani around here because she's an alum! Dani got her BFA from Syracuse in 2017 and her MFA in 2020.

Dani is not only speaking at the CON, she's also one of our Visiting Artist Lecture Series (VALS) speakers for the School of Art.
