@elonmusk@Chesschick01 Hi Elon. This is your daily reminder that - as a CEO of a social media platform - you should not be posting unverified or frivolous information.
@RupertLowe10 If you slash corporation tax it’s not small businesses that benefit, it just brings more massive companies into the uk, who ultimately funnel back into the 1 percent, I barely understand economics and I can grasp that concept.
@BBCLondonNews The article states he’s not being imprisoned for just chanting, but for squaring up to police, chanting racist remarks, and for pushing somebody into police which caused a fight. Please read the article before having knee jerk reactions about tyranny etc etc.
@Mawunya_@BBCBreaking The idea is that the Rwanda bill is supposed to deter immigrants because the uk government a) doesn’t want to support them and b) needs a scapegoat. The issue is the current deterrent to crossing the channel is death, so the bill is both cruel and pointless.
@LittleBoats2020 The country isn’t ruined because of people in boats. It’s ruined because the Tories have systemically crippled public services and lined their own pockets in the process. Immigration is just a red flag they use to draw attention away from the real culpris.
@Scarfer13@SimonM_72@bbcquestiontime But isn’t economics and trade entirely what keeps the country going? Otherwise your argument is “I don’t care if we cripple our economy, just as long as nobody tells us what to do.” Which is an interesting take, to say the least.
@Mckeown3Jim@BBCBreaking Winter of discontent. Think of it as a sequel to the thatcher years. Only somehow more depressing because nobody seems to have learnt anything in my actual entire lifespan.
@Taj_Ali1 Considering how Thatchers stance on unions played out (mass unemployment, suicide, poverty, a dependence on outsourced service industries that would eventually screw us in covid/Brexit), I would like to try something else this time. Please.
@Ewan58615640 It was a bit embarrassing that Tom, the so called body language expert, couldn’t tell the difference between Ivan being furtive and physical anxiety tics. I rock about like I’m on meth most of the time so he’d have kicked me out in 3 seconds xD
@midnightmascare Every year in LI, the women are always more mature, and emotionally controlled than the men. This is because society will brush off the mistakes one gender makes, and will hold the other relentlessly accountable. And Dami, Luca and Davide are all embodying that right now
@ihateitherexxxo Whilst I don’t like Tash and Andrew, nobody can’t say they haven’t got us in a moral headlock. If we choose Paige and Adam over them we’re effectively saving we’d rather give Adam “the menace”25k instead of deaf kids. So yeah…I’m probably going to vote for them.
@benmitchell1892@swiftlyadebayo@Lucyaliceee1 It’s pretty ingenious to be honest. If the public doesn’t vote for them, we’re effectively saying we’d rather give 25k to a man publically labelled as abusive by womens aid than to charity. It’s a bad look however you try and slice it.
