Disappointed in @Argos_Online so much of release day delivery for the @NintendoUK Switch 2. Tracking says it hasn’t moved in a day and your chat system doesn’t allow escalation to a human to speak to. Wasted a day off work for it.

It is unbelievable the so called “customer service” from @belkin they send me an open product and it took weeks to get a return label. They got the product back at the end of December yet still hasn’t refunded me all because of “the warehouse” is “busy”. For close to 2 months?

Shockingly bad customer service from @belkin ordered a 10k MagSafe battery pack and it wasn’t delivered by the delivery partner, it didn’t get to my county via tracking and the email team had the audacity to claim it was delivered. No it wasn’t can’t you read correctly?
