Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue today. Our main site, account portal, and support desk should now be fully recovered and back online.
We are presently dealing with an outage of our primary server which is impacting the https://t.co/grfyQ90Hv9 website. Services other than the account portal and support desk should remain active while we investigate and resolve this issue.
We've been given a rough ETA of 20 minutes until we can start bringing systems back online. We estimate 30-45 minutes until all services are online and verified functioning properly.
There is currently a planned maintenance window underway at this time which will cause intermittent service availability for all of our customers over the next several hours. Thank you for your patience. Additional updates will be available on our blog at https://t.co/Z1pbKkUw9F.
We do not have a firm ETA but it's looking like another 30-90 minutes. The method being employed for the hardware relocation is different from what we were told to expect, and this has slowed down the process substantially versus the original anticipated maintenance window.
Update: The network connectivity issues have been resolved. We will be continuing to monitor. Please email us at [email protected] or submit a support ticket if you continue to experience any issues.
Service Alert: Our data center partner is experiencing network connectivity issues. They are aware and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
