[ACT Fibernet @ACTFibernet]

@Geet_ matter.

[Geet_ @Geet_]

Why take full Six months payment in advance if you can’t even deliver a router and provide the required services.. It’s a shameful customer service on @ACTFibernet part.

@ACTFibernet Haven’t heard anything on this yet.. This is the worst kind of service one can get.. specially for a customer using the services for 6 years.

[Geet_ @Geet_]

@ACTFibernet, I’ve been patient long enough. Stop the excuses. Fix the issue NOW.

[Geet_ @Geet_]

@ACTfibernet 72 hours → nothing.
7 working days → nothing.
Escalation → 24 hours → nothing.

Yesterday, your escalation team again guaranteed resolution within 24 hours. That deadline has now passed.

No router. No installation. No resolution. Just promises.

[Geet_ @Geet_]

@ACTFibernet How many “24 hours” does it take to fix a problem?

Over a month of internet issues. After repeated complaints, I was told to upgrade the router. I paid for 6 months upfront and was promised installation within 72 hours.
