@ScotRail service is an EPIC FAIL today from Inverness to EDINBURGH, packed train, no seats (despite seat reservations) forced to stand on injured knee for hours with ppl clambering in aisles amongst each other & luggage; NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! 😡😡😡

@ScotRail I went to speak with the crew and was awaiting the conductor to return when luckily seats became available; unfortunately prior to this i was forced to sit on my case (due to knee injury) which then gave way 🙈 and have now trapped a nerve in my neck and am in agony! Day ruined😢
