If ‘reopening’ of schools was about the continuation of education it wouldn’t be with 4 & 5 year olds unable to socially distance & who’s need for formal education is contentious. It is childcare. More undervaluation of the profession whilst putting staff & their families at risk

@leedsliving @LordWhitney I can’t decide what’s more perplexing about this - whether it is the attempt to make artists feel shame for requesting payment or whether it is the use of the term beggar as derogatory (in the context of the rest of the piece). Odd is a kind way to say it
