Hi, I’ve tried changing my name online but it asks for my driving license to verify my name. I’ve already changed my driving license. I basically think I’m doing it all wrong and need help 🙈 I have my driving license, marriage and birth certificate if needed.

@pandocruises hi, looking at a no fly cruise for 2027 ( early I know ) but my mum prefers looking through an actual brochure and struggles looking online. Do you do brochures? Even for this year just to get an idea on price/destination etc.

@virginmedia spent most of the evening in tears trying to get someone to help and understand! Trying to speak to someone with a heart and not reading from a damn script is not possible.

@virginmedia 1st person hung up on me, 2nd person couldn’t speak to me cos I’m not the account holder and I couldn’t verify password info ( that’s fair ). 3rd person basically said if the accounts closed there’s not much they can do. My life’s on that email address, my bills etc.

@virginmedia Just spoke to someone, still not much help. Like I’ve tried to explain it’s an old account my mum isn’t even with virgin anymore. I just wish I’d had some warning!?

@virginmedia help! I’ve had the same email address for 10+ years, no idea what my password is and it’s logged me out on gmail. What do I do!? All my bills etc are linked to that account.

@virginmedia I’ve failed at the first hurdle. It’s asking for my number ( no landline ) or virgin number which I got no idea where to find it! Any way to get through without those?

@virginmedia Hey, how do I go about doing this and can I recover years worth of emails? Like I said all my bills etc are set up under that email address. If it helps I have virgin internet at my house? Would there be any way to swap it over or something?

@virginmedia Hi thanks for the quick response, honestly I’m not 110% I don’t think so? My dad died in 2020 so mum swapped bits round to make it easier for herself. Is there any way to retrieve it!?
