In my company, we have a ‘time-back’ rule.
If you work late, you start late. You cannot work the following morning.
Short-term, it might not seem necessary or significant.
Long-term, it’s essential for people to take the rest they need.

Anglicans too often miss the point of study. It’s not really about knowing useful stuff or developing clever arguments or justifying our faith. Study is a form of worship.
