@gregvalerio @confreediamonds It’s complex Greg. The EU and UK don’t directly buy rough diamonds from Russia but through a third country ie where they are cut and polished. The US is the only county to ban the sale of Russian rough and polished but no sanction on R diamonds that have come from third country
